This impressively designed villa is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac in Quinta do Lago and combines peace and seclusion with easy access to local amenities. Great care has been taken over the choice of furnishings and fittings in the villa, and brand new for 2006 is a stylish kitchen with central island, as well as all the bathrooms being fully refitted. The villa has excellent entertainment facilities with cable TV, DVD player and a card table at one end of the spacious lounge. Outside the villa is a large 10m x 5m pool and also a large garden area, with trees, flowering shrubs and a charming rockery.

Two twin bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, one of which has separate access to the poolside terrace.

First Floor: A marble staircase leads to the master bedroom suite, complete with an en suite bathroom, a sitting room and a bed settee.
Outside the villa has expansive covered terracing and poolside patio, with a large garden area and barbeque.
