A is a spacious 1 bedroom ground floor apartment set in the Monte da Balaia
development, a brand new development located in the Olhos de Agua area
of Albufeira. The apartment is in a wonderfully peaceful location, yet
is only a 5 minute walk into Olhos de Agua, with its many shops, bars
and restaurants, and there are several beaches within a 10 minute walk
of the apartment. The development has an excellent large swimming pool,
a tennis court and large communal garden areas. Albufeira town, famous
for its nightlife and picturesque 'Old Town' is just a 5 minute taxi ride
away. Vilamoura is just a 10 minute drive away, with its excellent golf,
casino, marina and beaches. Some of the best attractions on the Algarve
coast are within a 20 minute drive of the apartment, including the Slide
& Splash and Aqualand water parks and the Zoomarine marine theme park.
