Casa Aveiros is a unique property occupying one of the most sought after and exclusive beachfront locations at Sao Joao, Albufeira. There are superb sea views & there are two accesses to the beach which is a two minute walk. The five bedroom and four bathroom interior contains quality furnishings and is exceptionally comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped and includes a dishwasher. An additional benefit is the special filtration system for the swimming pool which requires very little or no chemicals to be added. The lawned garden also contains a childrens playground area and there is a very pleasant poolside sitting room.
All facilities are within walking distance but we would recommend a 'runabout' car for shopping etc.

The accommodation consists of:
Master double bedroom with queen size bed and en-suite bathroom, double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, twin bedroom with patio doors to inner courtyard, twin bedroom with en-suite w.c. and mezzanine floor with sofas, triple bedroom with 3 single beds, en-suite shower room and patio doors to private balcony. Fourth shower room.
Spacious and comfortably furnished lounge and dining room with

Three patio doors lead to a large balcony and dining terrace with barbecue and beautiful sea views. WIFI
The kitchen is fully fitted and well equipped including dishwasher and microwave. Separate laundry room.
There are baby gates fitted to both top and bottom of the staircase. From the dining terrace outside steps lead down to the superb 10m. x 6m. private swimming pool with poolside terraces and sunloungers.
There is a poolside sitting room with bamboo furniture.
The gardens are mature and lawned and incorporate a children's play area.
Maid service is Monday to Friday and there is a 24 hour reception should you need advice or assistance.
