This is a charmingly converted Algarve barn set in lovely mature gardens with a shaded dining terrace and exclusive use of the pool.
The house is comfortably and tastefully furnished and is located in a quiet, rural area. The garden is enclosed and the property is not overlooked. The Algarve farmhouse adjacent is not rented out when there are guests staying in the barn.
There is a small cafe/grocery within walking distance and the large village of Santa Barbara, which has a choice of Algarve restaurants and cafes and banking and postal facilities, is 5 minutes drive away.

The accommodation consists of:
Downstairs is an open-plan living, dining and kitchen area with satellite TV and a wood-burning stove. This leads to a large double bedroom with an en suite bathroom and dressing room area.
There is also an adjoining utilities room with washer, drier and fridge freezer, and a separate WC.
On the upper level, reached by an original stone staircase, is another double bedroom with twin beds.
