Villa
Carmo is a wonderfully attractive 4 bedroom villa located in Vale
de Parra, just 8 kms west of Albufeira and just 1.8 kms from the
excellent 'Blue Flag' standard beaches of Castelo, Evaristo and
Galé. There are several good restaurants, as well as a supermarket
and a coffee and pastry shop, all within a 5 to 15 minute walk of
the villa. The town of Guia is just 5 kms away and Guia is famous
for its wide choice of restaurants catering to every taste and pocket.
The villa is set in its own large garden, with lawns and trees around
the villa as well as electric gates. Outside the villa is a 9m x
5m private swimming pool with steps and a salt machine. There is
maid service three times a week. |
The
accommodation consists of; Flatscreen TV with DVD player and a Hi-Fi Spacious kitchen with breakfast table, dishwasher, microwave, gas hob, electric oven, fridge and store room with washing machine. Double bedroom and shower room. First Floor: Master double bedroom with en suite bathroom. Two twin bedrooms sharing a bathroom. The villa is fully air-conditioned and there is a safe and alarm system. |
