Villa Coelhios is a very spacious five bedroom villa with a huge private swimming pool ideally situated in Vale de Parra and has lovely views to the coast in the distance. A choice of excellent sandy beaches are only a few minutes by car plus a wide choice of shops and restaurants, some of which are in walking distance. The villa is well equipped and includes digital satellite TV and a dishwasher. The grounds are spacious and mature and the villa is located adjacent to an olive grove. Car hire is necessary. Maid service Monday to Friday.

The accommodation consists of: On the ground floor there is a lounge, one twin bedroom and one double bedroom and bathroom. On the first floor there is a Lounge with Digital Satellite TV, patio doors to balcony. Dining room Fitted kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, breakfast table and door to terrace overlooking the pool. Double bedroom, balcony and en-suite bathroom. Double bedroom, twin bedroom, large bathroom with double hand basins. Outside are large, mature grounds with ample parking, lawned area. The large private swimming pool is 13m. x 5m. and features Roman steps at the shallow end and a submerged sitting area at the deep end. Terraces around the pool and sunloungers. Outside dining furniture and barbecue.
