Villa Coltree is a four bedroom villa with private pool located in a quiet position with countryside views in Vale de Parra some 8km west of Albufeira. The excellent sandy beach at Gale is 2km. away. The villa is within easy walking distance of cafes, restaurant, fish mongers and supermarket. A wide choice of excellent shops, restaurants and beaches are within easy reach by car. There are also waterslide parks and the Zoomarina in the area. Outside the villa boasts a large garden with lawned area, mature planting and fruit trees.

The accommodation consists of;
Lounge / dining area with Digital Satellite TV and DVD player, patio doors leading out onto the pool terrace. Fully equipped kitchen including microwave, dishwasher and washing machine etc. Two twin bedrooms. Double bedroom with ensuite shower room. Family bathroom. First Floor: Twin bedroom with ensuite shower room. Sitting area. (Please note the first floor is only accessible through an outside staircase).

Private swimming pool (9m x 5m), poolside shower and furniture. Terraces and mature gardens Barbecue. Maid service Mon - Friday. Car hire necessary.
