This villa enjoys a wonderful hillside location overlooking Salgados Golf and the coast.
There are restaurants and a bar just a short walk of 300 metres, and the villa is just a few minutes drive to the 'Blue Flag' beaches of Galé.
There is a tennis court that can be hired, 100 metres from the villa. Salgados Golf course is just 1km.
The swimming pool (8m x 5m) with Roman steps, can be heated (this is available as an optional extra )is surrounded by terraces with a BBQ.

Accommodation
Ground Floor : Fully fitted kitchen / breakfast room with dishwasher, fridge freezer, oven and ceramic hob, microwave, door leading to covered dining terrace and brick built BBQ.Laundry room with washing machine. Lounge dining room with double patio doors - one leading to a large covered terrace with chairs and a table and the other overlooks the pool area. Digital satellite TV with BBC and free to air channels.
Twin bedroom with en-suite shower room, twin bedroom, shower room.
First floor : Master double bedroom with en suite bathroom, with double patio doors - one leading to a private balcony and the other to the roof top sun terrace.

The lounge and all bedrooms are fully air conditioned for heating and cooling.
There is an alarm system and a safe.
Smoking is not permitted within the villa.
