This villa enjoys a wonderful location overlooking the Salgados Golf course to the sea.
There are restaurants and a bar within just a short walk of 300 metres, and the villa is just a 2 minute drive or 20 minute walk to the 'Blue Flag' beaches of Galé.
There is a tennis court that can be hired, 100 metres from the villa and Salgados Golf course and its facilities is just 1km. The small town of Guia is a five minute drive where there is a renowned choice of restaurants.
The swimming pool (8m x 5m) with Roman steps, which can be heated (this is available as an optional extra ) and is surrounded by terraces with a BBQ. There are also spacious lawns for sunbathing.

Accommodation
Ground Floor : Fully fitted kitchen / breakfast room with dishwasher, fridge freezer, oven and ceramic hob, microwave, door leading to covered dining terrace and brick built BBQ.Laundry room with washing machine. Lounge/dining room with double patio doors - one leading to a large covered terrace with chairs and a table and the other overlooks the pool area. Digital satellite TV with BBC and free to air channels.

First floor : Master double bedroom with en suite bathroom, with double patio doors - one leading to a private balcony and the other to the roof top sun terrace.
