Please note that all car types quoted are typical for their group. We cannot be held responsible if a similar equivalent is provided. You must notify us of any endorsements to your licence at the time of booking and we cannot be held responsible if this information is withheld and a car subsequently not provided.
Prices Include: VAT, unlimited KMS, comprehensive insurance for the vehicle rented, except the liability (excess) of €900 for groups A,B,C - €1500 for groups D,E,I,J - €2000 for F,G,H,N - €3000 for groups K2,M,V. As an option clients can avoid this liability (excess) paying an extra daily insurance - Excess Waiver €8.50 for groups A,B,C- €10 for groups D,E,I,J - €15 for groups F,G,H,N -€20 for groups K2,M,V.
Extra Driver is €18 per rental. Baby seats cost €5.00 per day, maximum €70 per rental. (please advise age of baby/child) Mimimum drivers age is 21 for groups A,B,C,D,I,N and 23 years for groupsE,G,H,J and 25 for other groups. For drivers aged between 21 and 25 there will be an additional charge of €4.00 per day.
Please note that all prices are for a period of 7 days. Should you flight exceed 7 days there will be an extra payable either in the UKor locally. We cannot book car hire until flights are confirmed in writing. SHould flight times change, it is the clients responsibility to pay the difference in the UK before departure or on returning the car locally.
Car
collection at the airport.
Depending on the supplier you will either proceed to the rental desk in
the arrivals hall and the car will be collected at the airport or you
will meet the rep. and then take a transfer to the car depot just outside
the airport. The latter is usually quicker at busy times as there are
more desks at the depots.
