Villa Gem is a delightful and spacious two/three bedroom, two bathroom villa with private swimming pool, which can be heated, ideally located in the resort of Carvoeiro. Although in a quiet and peaceful situation it is within easy walking distance of shops, restaurants and the excellent sandy beach (approximately 600 metres). The villa has the additional benefit of being secluded within its own mature, tropical gardens to ensure maximum privacy. Carvoeiro is a very attractive resort retaining the charm and character of the fishing village and yet with a very good choice of shops, bars and restaurants. It has a superb sandy beach and within a very short drive are further cove beaches to explore. A wide range of sports facilities are available including three golf courses, tennis and water sports. Horse riding, bicycle hire and spas are available.

Near to Carvoeiro is one of the best water slide parks in the Algarve. The harbour town of Portimao is a 15 minute drive along the coast where there is an excellent shopping centre in the old town and fresh fish lunches by the harbour should not be missed.

The accommodation at Villa Gem consists of;
One double and one twin bedroom, with a third single bedroom with trundle beds suitable for 2 children, two bathrooms. Well equipped kitchen including dishwasher, microwave and washing machine. Very pleasant lounge/dining room with satellite TV and French windows opening to the poolside terracing and gardens.

Outside is a large private swimming pool which can be heated (at an extra charge). There is extensive poolside terracing with sunloungers and poolside furniture. Barbecue, beautiful mature gardens with a variety of tropical trees and lawned areas. Maid service is provided. Car hire is not necessary.
