A very spacious villa located on the hillside overlooking Vale da Parra to the sea. The 'Blue Flag ' beaches of São Rafael to Galé are only a 5 minute drive away.
The villa has just been totally, and very tastefully, refurnished to a high standard.
The mosaic tiled swimming pool (10m x 5m) has Roman steps, and is surrounded with terraces and gardens, with a pool shower. The pool water is biologically cleaned, which makes the pool particulary pleasant to swim in, as in normal use no chlorine is added.

Entrance level : Hallway leading to a spacious Lounge / Dining room with digital satellite and flat screen TV, with a good selection of BBC, ITV and other English channels. DVD. Patio doors to large dining terrace balcony with brick BBQ. From this terrace there are lovely views across the valley to the sea.
Fully fitted kitchen / breakfast room with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, oven, hob,microwave, toaster & kettle and patio doors to BBQ terrace.
Twin bedroom. second bedroom for children only with 2 bunk beds. Bathroom with a shower in the bath.
First floor : King size bedroom with patio doors to a large balcony with sea views, and with an ensuite bathroom with a jacuzzi bath and a walk in shower. Double bedroom with patio doors to the large balcony and an en suite bathroom with a shower inside the bath.
There is an alarm system and a safe.
The property is totally enclosed by walls and electrically operated gates.

The fully inclusive weekly rental charges based on up to 6 persons are as follows;

For 2 additional children add £120 per child per week
