Villa
Janinha is a three bedroom detached villa with private pool situated
in walking distance of the beach and a couple of minutes drive from
the fishing village of Burgau with numerous shops, restaurants,
bars and superb sandy beaches. The nearest beach of Cabanas Velhas
and the Oasis restaurant is a ten minutes walk. In addition to these
facilities, the Burgau Sports Centre is located just outside the
village which offers Tennis, Squash, Swimming plus bar and restaurant.
There are twice weekly fun sports mornings for children. Lagos,
the main town of the region is approximately 5 miles away and here
you will find a wide choice of shops and restaurants plus numerous
beaches, the new marina and a wealth of history in the old town.
Car hire recommended, there are local taxis available. |

The
accommodation at Villa Janinha consists of:
Master double bedroom with fitted wardrobes. Twin bedroom and further
bedroom with 3 single beds.
Two bath/shower rooms. Large lounge/dining room with Satellite TV and
wood burning stove.
All rooms open onto the terrace and overlook the large swimming pool which
is gated. Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel sinks set into a
granite worktop, including: fridge freezer, cooker, dishwasher, microwave,
washing machine, panini press, kettle, toaster etc.
Large private swimming pool (10 x 5m) with sunloungers, parasols and poolside
furniture. Barbecue. Good sized gardens.
Excellent country walks.
The weekly rental
charges inclusive of all linen,
maid service, gas, water and electricity are as follows:
Prices based on occupancy up to 6. Extra persons £80 per week.
