Located in the Areias dos Moinhos area of Carvoeiro and on a quiet residential road, in walking distance to shops, bars and restaurants and the beach, Villa Jayne is a quality property with a very high level of equipment including the option of pool heating. The villa has four bedrooms but it should be noted that one bedroom is ideal for teenagers or a couple requiring privacy as it has its own suite of bedroom, bathroom, sitting room and games room. Carvoeiro is a picturesque resort which retains its charm and character. There are excellent sandy beaches and a wide choice of shops, bars and restaurants as well as the daily fish and fruit market and bakery. There are many sports facilities including three golf courses, a tennis club and water sports. Only ten minutes drive away is one of the best waterslide parks in the Algarve and a choice of beaches are within a few minutes drive

 

 

The accommodation at Villa Jayne consists of;
Two double and two twin bedrooms. Two en-suite bath/shower rooms and two further bath/shower rooms. 

The ground floor bedroom has its own lounge, bathroom and small games room. 

Very comfortable split level lounge/dining room with LCD flat screen Digital Satellite TV, DVD player, VCR and Hi-Fi.

Well equipped kitchen including microwave and washing machine. Outside is a private swimming pool which can be heated.

The villa also has partial air conditioning.

There are spacious poolside terraces with ample sunbathing and poolside furniture. 

Further terraces and roof terrace with sea view. Two barbecues (one on internal patio which is ideal for al fresco dining). 

Car is recommended though not necessary.
