A beautifully appointed 4 bedroom villa with large pool, lovely gardens and a golf course view. Surrounded by mature trees and flowering shrubs, this villa offers really excellent accommodation. Close to the beach and the many shops, bars and restaurants of the marina. Brown's sportsclub with tennis, pools and restaurants is in walking distance. The garden is a good size and very pretty with lawned areas, shrubs and mature trees. The large rectangular swimming pool has Roman style steps, plenty of room for poolside sunbathing and the convenience of an outdoor shower.
