Villa Lucinda is a brand new villa, in a peaceful and convenient location, within walking distance of amenities (restaurant, bar, pastry, supermarket) and the lovely Galé beach (only 400m) with 3 beach bars/restaurants and water sport activities. The villa is accessible through a cul-de-sac, which is only used by the residents of this small private estate. The swimming pool (8m x 4m) is located to the front side of the villa, surrounded by terrace with shower and a small garden with lawn, shrubs and some trees. The property is enclosed by walls and gate. Car hire is recommended but this villa would suit those not wishing to drive.

The accommodation consists of; Ground Floor: One double and one twin bedroom, two bathrooms, one en-suite, Lounge/dining room with TV, cable with English channels, DVD, patio doors to terraces. Modern well equipped kitchen. There is also a basement with washing area and table tennis table. First floor: Landing with sofa and patio doors to large terrace, master double bedroom with large bathroom with corner bath. Outside: Private pool (8m x 4m), sunlougers, garden and terraces.
