Villa Maya is a beautiful newly built country villa with large swimming pool and extensive grounds, set on the outskirts of the charming village of Guia. It is tastefully furnished and decorated throughout with marvellous views overs the fields and vineyards. Guia boasts several restaurants, supermarket, bank, pharmacy and patisserie. This villa is ideal for people who want to enjoy the Algarve countryside, away from the crowded tourist area but a short distance to all facilities. The beaches at Gale and Castelho are a ten minute drive and the Zoomarina is only five minutes by car.

The accommodation consists of;
Ground Floor: Split level lounge/dining area with tv and doors onto terrace and pool area. Kitchen with table, oven, hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and coffee machine. Shower room. WiFi

First Floor: Master double bedroom with ensuite and walk in wardrobe. Double and twin bedrooms each with balconies overlooking the pool. Bathroom.

The fully inclusive weekly rental charges, based on 6 persons are as follows:-
