Villa Melissa is a brand new luxury four bedroom villa with excellent views overlooking the golf course at Vilasol just outside Vilamoura. A special discount is available at the course (24 holes) through the courtesy of the villa owners. Tennis is also available at the Vilamoura Tennis Club and further sports facilities are available at Browns. It is a five minute drive or a thirty minute walk from the villa to shops, restaurants and the beach. Vilamoura boasts a wide choice of restaurants, nightlife, the casino and, of course, the marina.
Villa Melissa has been furnished and equipped to a high standard and also benefits from large lawned grounds which add to the privacy.


The accommodation at the villa consists of;
Ground floor: entrance hall leads to living/dining room with Satellite TV, CD and DVD player. Fully equipped modern kitchen with seperate laundry room. Both the kitchen and living areas have french doors which open out onto the spacious grounds with covered terrace and alfresco dining area. Twin bedroom with ensuite shower room. First Floor: Master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, two further twin bedrooms both with ensuite bath/shower rooms. Outside: spacious lawned gardens with outside eating areas, bbq, sun terraces surrounding the rectangular pool.
