Villa Oceania provides a rare

and restaurants. Albufeira town is just 2 kms away, taking around
30 minutes to walk or 15 minutes along the beach. The private pool
can be heated and there are poolside terraces with 6 quality sunbeds
and a brick barbeque, poolside shower and bathroom. To the side
of the villa is a spacious lawned area and the whole property is
enclosed by walls and a gate. |
The accommodation consists of; You enter the villa on the 1st floor where there is: Lounge / Dining room with Digital Satellite TV and patio doors leading out to a large balcony with sea and beach views. Fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob and fridge freezer. Twin bedroom with en suite shower room and patio doors to a balcony. Downstairs: Two twin bedrooms, both with patio doors to the pool terrace. Shower room and a further bathroom. 2nd floor: Laundry room with washing machine and door to the sun roof terrace.
