Exceptionally well located in Carvoeiro, Villa Pearl is a detached modern, well furnished and equipped three bedroom villa with private swimming pool situated within its own gardens and grounds including lawns, making it an ideal family villa. For safety with small children the swimming pool, which can be heated, is fenced and gated. An attractive feature of the property is the internal courtyard with fountain. The villa is within walking distance of shops, bars, restaurants and the beautiful sandy beach. Carvoeiro is a picturesque fishing village which retains charm and character but has an excellent range of facilities. A wide range of sports are available including three golf courses, tennis and water sports. Just outside Carvoeiro is one of the best water slide parks in Europe. Car hire is not necessary but is recommended.

The accommodation at Villa Pearl consists of;
Double bedroom with king size bed and en-suite bathroom. Further double bedroom and twin bedroom. Second bathroom and guest cloakroom. Large living and dining room with satellite TV - BBC / CNN / ITV / SKY NEWS / MOVIE CHANNEL. French windows to the internal courtyard and the pool terrace and gardens. Modern well equipped kitchen which includes full cooker, microwave, large fridge freezer, washing machine and dishwasher.
Outside is a large private swimming pool, which can be heated (extra charge) which is fenced and gated for safety. Poolside terracing with sunloungers etc., pleasant, mature gardens including lawns, barbecue.
