Villa Penny is a three bedroom villa with private swimming pool ideally located in Vilamoura. It is in a quiet location, yet is still within walking distance from a local mini market and restaurant. All facilities are within easy reach and, in addition to the beaches and excellent golf, Vilamoura has a superb marina, a casino and a wide range of shops and restaurants. There are also shops and restaurants at the Old Village which is in walking distance and a colourful land train stops nearby which will transport you to Vilamoura centre, the marina and local beaches. Vilamoura also boasts its own waterslide park. Other sports are catered for at ‘Browns’ where there are indoor and outdoor pools, saunas, tennis courts and restaurants. Faro is a twenty minute drive and, inland, it is a short drive to the historic town of Loule and the Monchique hills.

 

The accommodation consists of;
A ground floor bedroom with twin beds and ensuite bathroom.
Well equipped kitchen including washing machine, dishwasher and microwave.
Lounge/dining room, satellite TV, sitting room with
sliding doors overlooking the pool and garden.
First floor bedroom with twin beds and en suite shower room. Second bedroom with a double bed, ensuite bathroom and sliding doors to the sun terrace.
Outside is a private swimming pool , poolside terraces with sunloungers etc. gardens with lawns and mature trees, built in barbecue.
Cots, high chairs and play pens available on request at extra cost. Internet available at an extra cost. Pool towels provided.

 

 

The weekly rental charges based on 6 persons are as follows (clean towels and linen are provided upon arrival. Any change of these or any maid service can be arranged with the house manager upon arrival but extra charges will apply):
