It retains its some original features including the ornamental front windows and doors. At the centre of the building is a private central courtyard patio with dining table. A staircase leads to the roof terrace with pool with sunloungers and spectacular views.
Only a few metres away is“Praia dos Pescadores” beach and beach restaurants. The small road between the house and the beach is only open for resident use.

Accomodation consists of: Open plan lounge with TV and DVD Player. Three twin bedrooms (can be made up as double). Ensuite bathroom and further bath/shower room. Modern well equipped kitchen with dining area including dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven/hob etc. Doors leading out onto the courtyard patio and outdoor shower. Stairs leading to large roof terrace with sea views, pergolas and swimming pool.
