After reading the booking Conditions, complete the booking form and return it together with your rental deposit. On receipt of the booking contract and deposit, Louella Winsor Villas Ltd. will send your invoice and provide any further information or terms which might be applicable. The deposit can be paid in sterling or US Dollars and can be paid by cheque, debit cards such as Switch, Delta, Connect, or can be taken by Mastercard, Visa (charges apply to credit cards). YOUR PROPERTY
On arrival you will be met by a member of the management or by the staff of the property and shown around the accommodation. All of the villas are well equipped and adequately staffed so that you can relax and enjoy your holiday. We keep our prices low: you will be quoted an inclusive price for weekly rental, furnishings, linen, towels, gas and electricity.
All our properties have telephones and calls around the island are free. Our prices do not include groceries, airport tax or airport transfers, although these can be arranged for you and will be charged locally.

ENTERTAINMENT
West Coast night life is excellent, varied and subtle - no neon lights here! The clubs and hotels offering dancing, floorshows or cabaret are elegantly informal and tend not to be expensive. Often the cost of the drinks plus a small cover charge includes the floorshow. On the lively South Coast there are bright lights, drive - in - movies and fast food outlets. A number of night clubs cater to the demands of the hardened "night owl".

TAXIS
Most taxis belong to a co-operative system. There are fixed fares for most journeys but it is always advisable to establish the charge in advance.

CAR HIRE & BOOKING FORM
You can hire a saloon car or a fun vehicle, such as a Mini Moke. A valid driving licence is required in order to obtain a Barbados Visitor’s Licence.

RESTAURANTS
Within a short driving distance you will find a whole host of different restaurants, covering the full range of cuisine - both local and international.

WHAT TO WEAR
Generally, Barbados is casual; the evenings are warm and you will find cotton garments the coolest. You will not need long sleeves. Some hotels have formal dining, particularly in the winter months, December to April.

VISITOR INFORMATION
Every villa has a current copy of the "Ins and Outs of Barbados" tourist guide. Information on a weekly or daily basis can be obtained from the local press or from your villa manager.

CLIMATE
Barbados is warm and sunny all year round, approximate daytime temperatures are 26-30oC. The nights are a little cooler. Total sunshine for the year is around 3000 hours.
