CAR HIRE
The following are the weekly rental charges per car, per week and are fully inclusive of insurance, local taxes and mileage. All vehicles are a maximum of 6 months old.

Please note that the minimum driving age is 21.

Groups H to S are available on request with confirmation given within 48 hours.
Please note that all car types quoted are typical for their group. We cannot be held responsible if a similar equivalent is provided.

You must notify us of any endorsements to your licence at the time of booking and we cannot be held responsible if this information is witheld and a car subsequently not provided.

Refundable charges which are payable locally
Petrol deposit. This varies according to the size of car and is refunded if the car is returned with a full tank of petrol. Insurance deposit or excess waiver. Please note that the rental insurance carries an excess in the event of accidental damage for which you will be liable. You have two options. The rental company will automatically offer you additional insurance which removes the accidental damage excess. You are not obliged to take this. If you do not then you will be liable to pay the excess in the event of damage and the rental company will request a credit card imprint from you to cover this. This will be returned to you if the car is returned undamaged.

Car collection at the airport.
Depending on the supplier you will either proceed to the rental desk in the arrivals hall and the car will be collected at the airport or you will meet the rep. and then take a transfer to the car depot just outside the airport. The latter is usually quicker at busy times as there are more desks at the depots.

TRAVEL INSURANCE
All travel insurance offered by Louella Winsor Villas Ltd is placed with Citybond Suretravel, members of the General Insurance Standards Council (GISC) and leading suppliers of travel insurance.

Insurance Premiums payable are as follows;

A £65 excess shall apply to Sections 2, 3, 4 5 and 6.

Your insurance cover becomes effective on the
receipt of premium by Citybond Suretravel.
